During school vacations in Thalwil no lessons will take place.The 3 months abo will be extendend by the duration of each school vacation that affects the subscription period.

deepWORK® is a powerful holistic body workout which works with the principles of yin and yang. It combines the mental and physical contrasts of a functional body and mind training. The movements are athletic, unique and  demanding. It’s a workout based on the five elements and full of energy. Attending regular deepWORK® classes, you will reach a higher fitness level for sure.

There is no other group fitness training that leads you in a more efficient and long-lasting way to a slim, firm and healthy body as this barbell training system.

Indoor and Outdoor Bootcamp

Bootcamp is a varied and intense functional holistic training for strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination. It strengthens and forms your body and makes you stronger in a physical as well as a mental way.

During Indoor Bootcamp we work at different strength stations and with cardio intervals. Outdoor we use the nature with all kind of available elements as an infrastructure: tree trunks, park benches, stairs. Our effort will be rewarded often with a beautiful view oft the lake, the mountains or over the fields.


Qi Gong
Qi Gong is a mixed form of gentle exercises of movement, breathing, concentration and meditation. It’s simply the best you can do for your own health: It loosens and guids the energy flow and strengthens the self healing power. Regular practice improves the function of the organs and strengthens the whole organism. It leads your body and spirit to a deep relaxation and a high level of regeneration.


This Body&Mind class is the perfect start to the day. The first part 
consists of a functional strength circuit. The second part is dedicated to Qi Gong. Full power followed by pure relaxation!
